This Personal Information Privacy Protection Agreement ("Agreement") explains how DIIMPEX ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") collects, stores, uses, transfers, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our software, application, products, and related services (collectively, the "Software" or "Services").

About User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

  1. Before using the application, all users must accept the applicable application user terms and policies provided by the developer before creating, uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing User-Generated Content ("UGC").
  2. The application prohibits objectionable content and inappropriate behavior. The applicable user terms, conditions, and user specifications may define prohibited content and conduct and may establish requirements relating to the creation, uploading, or sharing of UGC.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any UGC they create or upload complies with applicable laws, regulations, and user policies.

SDK and Third-Party Software Development Kit Information

The application will inform users about applicable SDK collection and usage rules, including the purpose and scope of information that may be collected by SDKs integrated into the application.

After users agree to the applicable privacy policy and permissions, certain SDKs integrated into the application may collect device-related information as necessary for their designated functions.

  1. Sensor information: When the application is running in the foreground, the mobile analytics SDK may access sensor information through the applicable Android BODY_SENSORS permission, where such access is required and permitted.
  2. OAID: When the application is running in the foreground, the relevant SDK may obtain the Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), where applicable.
  3. MAC address / Wi-Fi state information: When the application is running in the foreground, the mobile analytics SDK may access information associated with the device's Wi-Fi state through the applicable ACCESS_WIFI_STATE permission.

The collection and processing of information by SDKs is subject to the applicable functionality, permissions, privacy requirements, and policies associated with those SDKs.

When the application is first opened, or when you first attempt to use a product or Service that requires a particular device permission, the application may request your permission before accessing the corresponding information or functionality.
